My first fair of the year! It was close to home (yay!) with a variety of vendors, everything from Tupperware to makeup to jewellery and of course soaps!

The table was big, so I got to put out some new (to me) products, as well as the usual assortment of soaps. It was nice doing a spring market because some of the soaps I have are more geared towards this time of year rather than the usual Christmas fairs.

I met some lovely vendors, some who say they are new to being business owners, but you wouldn’t know it from the quality of their products and how many followers they have on Facebook. I bought a whipped body butter from Love Natural which is so lovely on the skin and smells amazing!

I have another fair coming up at the end of this month, which means I have some time to try out new products and top up some other soaps.

On a slightly different note, I received a call asking if I could make Nanaimo bar soaps. This came out of the blue and I was recommended to this lady by another soaper. I wish I could remember the name of the soaper, but I was tickled pink that someone would remember my food soaps!

p.s. WP was not liking any of my photos and refused to upload any of them, hence why there are only links.

    • It didn’t like my phone photos? Not sure, but I guess WP works in mysterious ways. Yes, one of the best things about going to shows is meeting very talented people.

I was thrilled to be able to make those Nanaimo bars for someone who’ll appreciate them.
